Remembrance Day

On Remembrance Day, we honour and remember the brave souls who fought and gave up their tomorrows for our today.

We pay tribute to our residents and guests, past and present who contributed and whose remarkable stories continue to inspire us.

Here’s a poem by a local poet born in Stroud:

“When you go home, tell them of us and say
For your tomorrow, we gave our today.”

By John Maxwell Edmunds, 1916

Join us today at 11am to pause and pay our respects.
