Royal Garden flats, located in a quiet corner of Cheltenham, are being developed to provide affordable and ‘hassle-free’ accommodation. The mix of studio and 1-bed flats will be available from April 2019 following a comprehensive redesign and refurbishment of the building and the surrounding private courtyard. The ‘all inclusive’ rent is ideal for those wishing to simplify and streamline their financial circumstances.
The flats will be completed to our own high standards with high specification finishes. Tenants will have the reassurance of having our own maintenance team on hand to ensure the building and facilities are kept to our expected high standards. Our gardeners will tend the courtyard which wraps around the building to create a calm and tranquil space.
Royal Garden flats is surrounded by a friendly local community. It is a short walk to the local shops on Coronation Square, which offers a range of convenience stores as well as cafes and the library. It has good transport connections with frequent buses into Cheltenham town centre (Bus route C) and the M5 is a 5 minute drive.
Our Royal Garden Hub, providing day care to older people, will be opening on part of the ground floor of the building, It will offer a wide range of activities, events, musical performers and trips and provide a warm and welcoming Hub for the local community. Our popular assisted living home, Royal Court, is next door so you can be assured of good neighbours.
