Lilian Faithfull Care is a charity with over 70 years’ experience of caring for the elderly in Gloucestershire. As a charity you can trust we are in care for the right reasons – not for profit. We provide a safe, stable, ‘Home for Life’.
We have five homes and a Day Centre for the elderly. We provide Assisted Living, Residential and Nursing care.
Our approach enables every one of our residents to enjoy a positive and fulfilling quality of life with as much independence as possible.
Our Secret Garden Hub offers flexible individually tailored day care with an expertise in caring for those living with dementia.
Faithfull House is an excellent care home with high staff ratios. A fantastic caring attitude and a very busy weekly programme of activities. The combination of good care and busy activities in a friendly informal environment restored my father's confidence, self-esteem and joie de vivre.

Throughout this year with a major pandemic to deal with, I feel that the Lilian Faithfull group (particularly Royal Court where my mother has lived for 18 months) has acted with professionalism where the safety of its residents has been paramount..... I am thankful that I know my mum is well supported by all the staff at Royal Court.

Dad moved into Astell in November 2019 after losing his wife and suffering loneliness and a diagnosis of dementia; the move was a decision made by him. Since the move, there has been a marked improvement in his mental health, with most signs of dementia disappearing. He is occupied, socialising and happy and takes part fully in all the activities. The management and staff have been amazing, nothing too much trouble and his medical care has been exemplary, particularly in these difficult times. It has been very reassuring over the past sixteen months to know that he is in such capable hands and local to his family who are kept in touch at all times. Thank you to everyone at Astell.

I am so grateful for all the services provided at Faithfull House and I am so lucky to be here. I like all the staff, everybody is very helpful, and they know my personal needs. After having lived in a nice cottage in Winchcombe for 40 years, the transition was very good and I don't have to worry. Everything is done in routine, ones necessities are catered for and things go like clockwork. I'm in very good hands and I'm happy to be here - very happy.
Mr R Reckitt, 2019
I would like to thank you and all your team for the excellent care my aunt has had over three and a half years in Lilian Faithfull homes. From the first time I spoke to you I sensed yours was an organisation which not only delivered quality care but did so with compassion. Everything I have seen since has confirmed that first impression.
