Did you know Lilian Faithfull Care is a charity?
Take a read about our charity and ways you can support. We’re very privileged to care for remarkable people across our care homes and day hubs.
With support and fundraising, we can help more of the growing elderly population in Gloucestershire with the care they need.
About our charity:
- 97p in every £1 spent is put towards the day to day care of our residents and day guests – and all that entails.
- Last year our charity financially supported 77 residents’ and day guests’ care totaling £1.87m.
- Through this subsidy, and our ‘Home for Life’ pledge, we will never ask a resident to leave our care for financial reasons.
- Lilian Faithfull’s founding principles when establishing the charity in 1946 were; “a desire to improve the lives of others through care and dedication.”
Ways to support our charity:
- Volunteer with us – gardening, cycling, reading
- Sponsor our care home events – one coming up soon!
- Enter a challenge event or organise an event to fundraise
