Continuity and stability in the care team is absolutely vital in ensuring we provide exceptional care.  Our average length of service for all our teams is now seven years, with our turnover well below industry averages and our vacancy rate less than half the published statistics – this all equates to better care for our residents and families.   A third of our carers have been with us for five years or more!
