Can you support our charity summer event?

Our charity are organising a big summer outdoor Afternoon Tea Party – would you like to help make this lovely event happen?

It will be held on Wednesday 31 August in Cheltenham at the Ladies’ College Farnley field.

We’re bringing together our remarkable residents and day care guests from across our 5 care homes and 2 day hubs in Gloucestershire.

We’d really appreciate any support including; a general donation, sponsoring the event, or supplying local items or transport we need – see below. Take a read below and please share this post.

It’s been 3 years since we brought residents together for the BBQ at Beechenhurst, so we can’t wait to do this again and all have a fabulous time!

The costs will include; sandwiches, afternoon tea items, pastries, fruit punch, crockery, decorations, entertainment, chairs and tables hire, buses for each home and hub to get there, and ideally a large marquee – or we’ll use our small ones.

Thank you to the Cheltenham Ladies’ College have given us use of their Farnley field and Creed Foodservice who are providing cakes and their team to help serve on the day!
