Another Long Service Celebration – Look after your teams!

It’s just one of the things that make Lilian Faithfull so different – this is Jane who has been with us for 15 years at Dowty House, a great achievement and incredible loyalty to the Charity.
Jane is amazing but not alone, 15% of our staff (55 people) have worked with us for more than 10 years and 22% (76 people) have worked with us for more than 5 years. So, 37% or over a third of our care teams have been with us for more than 5 years!
This is very rare in the care sector, but just goes to show, we look after our teams as they do one of the most important jobs in Society.
Congratulations to Jane, we’re lucky to have you and many more to come!
