Annual Report for 2017

As we start the new year we look back at our achievements in 2017 and our aims and objectives to help as many people as possible. What we did in 2017:

..We continue to lead the County in elderly care and are seen as a beacon of good practice.

..Completed the building of communal space and a dementia friendly garden at Royal Court and specialist facilities at Faithfull House.

..Increased our care teams’ wages for the fifth consecutive year.

..We liaised closely with the NHS and Local Authority commissioning teams to provide fast track beds to help people get out of hospital.

..The number of residents we support increased again by 15% in 2017 and the charity is one of the largest providers of adult social care in the County.

None of this would be possible without the support of our residents, families, partners who supply the Charity and of course our incredible teams at each home.
