One of the many reasons we are different to others is the investment we make in our teams – our Team Leaders, Deputies and Home Managers all undertake Leadership, Coaching and Development programs to help them in their day to day roles.

This gives our residents and families tangible benefits; our vacancy rate is half the industry average, our staff turnover is a third of the County average and our average length of service is over six years; with a third of our teams having been with us for 10 years or more!
