We have five homes and a two Day Care Hubs for the elderly. We provide Assisted Living, Residential and Nursing care.
Lilian Faithfull Care is a charity with 75 years’ experience of caring for the elderly in Gloucestershire. As a charity you can trust we are in care for the right reasons – not for profit, and we provide a safe and comfortable place to live. Through our ‘Home for Life’ pledge, we will never ask a resident to leave our homes for financial reasons.
I am so grateful for all the services provided at Faithfull House and I am so lucky to be here. I like all the staff, everybody is very helpful, and they know my personal needs. After having lived in a nice cottage in Winchcombe for 40 years, the transition was very good and I don't have to worry. Everything is done in routine, ones necessities are catered for and things go like clockwork. I'm in very good hands and I'm happy to be here - very happy.
I would like to thank you and all your team for the excellent care my aunt has had over three and a half years in Lilian Faithfull homes. From the first time I spoke to you I sensed yours was an organisation which not only delivered quality care but did so with compassion. Everything I have seen since has confirmed that first impression.
Faithfull House is an excellent care home with high staff ratios. A fantastic caring attitude and a very busy weekly programme of activities. The combination of good care and busy activities in a friendly informal environment restored my father's confidence, self-esteem and joie de vivre.
Throughout this year with a major pandemic to deal with, I feel that the Lilian Faithfull group (particularly Royal Court where my mother has lived for 18 months) has acted with professionalism where the safety of its residents has been paramount..... I am thankful that I know my mum is well supported by all the staff at Royal Court.
Everyone I had dealings with in my mothers last few weeks was extremely caring and could do not enough to assist us. We felt like we were part of an extended family. We virtually lived there ourselves for a good 10 days and our every need was catered for. Can't praise everyone enough.

We are delighted to announce that from 8th March we will be welcoming visitors back into our homes and reopening our two day care hubs to guests.
Due to the continued risk of Covid-19 infections, each resident is allowed one 'designated visitor' who will need to take a lateral flow test and wear PPE. Visits must be prebooked with the homes and will be made in carefully controlled conditions. For more information please visit our Visiting during Covid page and contact the homes directly to book a visit.
Our two day care hubs, in Cheltenham and Stroud, will be safely reopening to those who have had at least one vaccination, which alongside other infection control measures, will allow them to create a Covid-safe environment for day care guests. To find out more about our day care visit Day Care.
Thank you for your continued support. Together we look forward to a brighter 2021.
