All of the Staff at both Royal Court and The Secret Garden have been utterly fantastic. Mark and his team were so welcoming when my dad started attending and since he has been living at Royal Court they have been so kind and supportive to the whole family. My parents have lived in Faithfull House since 2020 receiving exemplary care and kindness from all staff, carers, management, catering, domestic, physio and hairdresser. We visit regularly but know they are safe and well and staff will contact us promptly when required.

This is my mother's second short stay at Royal Court and I cannot rate it highly enough. The process of moving into the home and then back out is very easy due to the excellent management, the management team are brilliant, the deputy manager is extremely personable and friendly, a real asset. All the staff at the home are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the residents in their care. The food looks extremely nice and the home itself is always exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff really do go out of their way to accommodate specific requests. This would be my number one choice if my mother ever needed permanent care.

My mother was a resident of St Faith’s Fairhaven suite for 6 weeks. I cannot recommend this place enough. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They looked after Mum beautifully and us too. The Fairhaven suite is designed for end-of-life care and is quiet and calming. All the staff are professional, caring, kind and respectful. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We have nothing but praise for Astell House and the care all of the staff have given to my father since he moved there in September 2023. The staff are capable, caring and compassionate and are quick to smile. They engage equally well with those in residence and those of us who frequently visit. The manager deals with any questions promptly and is always happy to meet in person to chat over any concerns. Astell House has a really warm family atmosphere and we wouldn’t want Dad to be living anywhere else. Huge thanks to the entire team.

My dad has been a resident here since May 2022. They are caring and considerate and work very hard! The liaison between us and the senior nursing staff has been very good, as is their care for Dad. Overall, it has taken a huge weight off our minds to know that Dad is safe and well cared for, so thank you everyone!

Royal Court has gone above and beyond for my mother. We needed emergency care for her after she was unable to be safe at home alone. They placed her in a superb apartment within two hours of contact. Her care here is amazing! We really appreciate everything all staff do here.

Faithfull House has provided the family with excellent support in settling mum into residential care. From our initial enquiries and throughout the transition, the staff have gone over and above to make the move as smooth as possible by using a fully person-centred approach. The staff have been so kind to both mum and us. They have demonstrated they understand the difficult emotional decisions that have needed to be made.

Very caring staff. Made to feel at home. Trips out are very helpful for respite care. Activities each day are very interesting with the craft ladies going to a lot of trouble to involve residents. My stay in Astell House helped me recover from a problem with my heart and gave me strength to return to my home.
