We’ve just received our latest CQC (Care Quality Commission) report on Faithfull House, Suffolk Square, Cheltenham.
The Regulator reports the home as ‘Good’ and highlighted in particular;
A resident commented to the Inspector “It’s safe and very clean and well presented”
Health care professionals reported that “The working relationship with the home was good.”
Another resident commented “Staff help me day and night – this place is like the Rolls Royce of homes” and “The meals are consistently good.”
Relatives told the Inspector “Staff are caring and kind” and “they were supported by the Management” and “there were sufficient numbers of staff to meet needs.”
Chief Executive Martin Hughes comments, “This is an excellent result for this magnificent home, full credit to our Director of Care, Suzanne Booker and the truly dedicated team at Faithfull House. We now have Astell House, St Faiths Nursing Home and Faithfull House as Good and Dowty House as Outstanding – at Lilian Faithfull we will drive up care standards in the County.”
