I go to the exercise class every week. It makes you feel like you have had a really good workout and keeps your mobility strong

We usually have fish on Fridays. It is always a lovely meal and it is nice to eat with friends.

I always loved gardening and it was very sad when I could no longer manage my own garden. I love having the opportunity to do some gardening at Faithfull House.

Lilian Faithfull Homes was formed in 1946 by the great woman herself, but she often commented that she had Colonel Tarrant at her side.
